- Mandatory Attendance : Students must maintain at least 90% attendance throughout the internship period. Unexcused absences may lead to disciplinary action.
- Punctuality : Students are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled activities, including training sessions, meetings, and field assignments.
- Leave Policy : Any leave of absence must be approved in advance by the internship coordinator. Emergency leave should be communicated as soon as possible.
2) BEHAVIOUR
- Professional Conduct : Students must adhere to professional behaviour at all times. Respect towards colleagues, supervisors, and clients is mandatory.
- Dress Code : A formal dress code is required during the internship. Students should wear appropriate business attire unless instructed otherwise for specific activities.
- Communication : Language used during interactions should be professional and courteous. Informal language, slang, or derogatory remarks are not acceptable.
- Mobile Phone Use : Mobile phones should be switched off or kept on silent mode during working hours and training sessions. Personal calls should be made during breaks only.
3) WORK ETHICS
- Confidentiality : Students must maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information encountered during the internship. Breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination of the internship.
- Task Completion : Students are expected to complete assigned tasks diligently and within the stipulated time frame. Any difficulties in task completion should be promptly communicated to the supervisor.
- Team Collaboration : Cooperation and teamwork are essential. Students should be willing to assist and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
4) SAFETY & CONDUCT
- Health & Safety : Adherence to all health and safety guidelines provided by the organization is compulsory. Report any unsafe conditions or practices immediately.
- Harassment & Discrimination : The organization has a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, bullying, and discrimination of any kind. Any such incidents should be reported to the internship coordinator immediately.
- Substance Abuse : Use of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited during working hours and on the premises.
5) EVALUATION & FEEDBACK
- Performance Reviews : Regular performance reviews will be conducted. Constructive feedback should be taken positively and acted upon.
- Feedback Sessions : Students are encouraged to participate in feedback sessions and provide input on their internship experience.
6) TERMINATION
- Grounds for Termination : Violation of any of the above rules and regulations may result in termination of the internship. Additionally, any act of gross misconduct or repeated offenses will lead to immediate dismissal.

Any reported incidents will be thoroughly investigated, and strict disciplinary actions will be taken against offenders to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.
